GEORGE TRIMIS - President Mr. George Trimis, President, has set a global footprint in the real estate industry for over twenty five years. Mr. Trimis is an opportunistic entrepreneur and investor that looks at face value opportunities and continues to approach cyclical investments when values are low with the view to hold and potentially dispose at a higher value. Mr. Trimis recognizes opportunities where others see only difficulties. With this multi-disciplinary, creative and unconventional approach, he sees each every phase of these unique development projects. Specializing not only in developing and building of environments for communities but also in the design of the buildings and financing, he creates maximum value. Mr. Trimis has developed and financed his real estate holdings directly with that experience and extensive network of contacts both domestic and overseas. Mr. Trimis holds a M.Sc. in Engineering from Princeton University. |
